Hello! My first crafting memory is as a little kid. I liked to cut pretty things out of magazines and paste them onto construction paper!
Thanks!

Congrats! My first memory was getting an alphabet stamps set when I was like 12 years old- it was so cool...all the letters had feet in them. I made lots of things with that set of stamps! I wish I still had it!

What creative stuff you have. Congrats on 1000 visitors. Sweet candy you are celebrating with your visitors. I remember cutting, gluing, and trying to draw things for my parents to say how great of a job I did. Thanks for a chance.

Thanks for the chance to win some blog candy.

My first crafty memories are probably when I was at college and because I was a poor student I started making cards for family and friends just by doing drawings of cartoon characters on them. It just took off from there really!

Congratulations on your 1000 hits!

I see that you have even passed your goal of 1,000 now! CONGRATS! I remember when I was about 9 years old I made my baby sister a fabric cat on my moms sewing machine. It wasn't half bad:) But I did get in trouble for touching her machine when she wasn't home.

I remember sitting on the floor of my great-grandmother's house & using a large wooden crochet hook as she & my grandmother tried to teach me that craft. I never did catch on, but now I love to crochet (many years later).

Congratulations on this wonderful Blog! I read your blog regularly as you are such an inspiration!

Hmmm...my first crafting memory. It probably has to do with my first sewing project when I was about 10 years old. I saw some new fabric my mother had purchased and just started cutting it for a skirt for myself. I wasn't sure what I was doing but I knew I wanted to sew! Oh...and the skirt had to have a lot of "help" from my mother and grandmother to make it wearable. :)

Bravo et continue!
Moi je me rappelle faire du "frottis"... tu sais, prendre un crayon et cacher une feuille d'arbre en dessous de la feuille puis frotter le crayon sur la feuille pour faire apparaître le dessin.... des heures de plaisir.
