Here is the card I've made for Sophie first birthday! We had a lot of fun with her yesterday. She had a lot of toys...
For parents who have 2 children or more... what do you do about all those toys?! Every year I ask my oldest to make a choice before Christmas and she has to give some away or she won't have new one for Christmas and her birthday right after... It's working a bit but I have to be with her and ask her to make choices... you keep this one or this one?? Any tips to give?

Voici la carte que j'ai faite pour le premier anniversaire de Sophie! On a eu beaucoup de plasir hier. Elle a eu beaucoup de jouets...
Pour les parents qui ont deux enfants ou plus.... que faites-vous avec tous ces jouets?! Chaque année je demande à ma grande de faire un choix avant Noël et elle doit donner des jouets si elle désire en avoir de nouveaux pour Noël et sa fête juste après... Ça fonctionne un peu mais je dois être avec elle pour l'aider à faire des choix... Tu gardes celui-ci ou celui-là? Des conseils à ce sujet?

awwww this is so cute! Toys do start to over run the house! We do a cleaning of old un-used toys twice a year and that works out good!

Avant les Fêtes, nous choisissions ensemble un jouet, pour chacun, pour lequel ils devaient faire le sacrifice de faire profiter quelqu'un de moins bien nanti qu'eux, et on allait les porter ensemble à la cueillette des pompiers. Lesdits jouets devaient, évidemment, être en parfait état et il ne devait manquer aucun morceau.
Quand ils ont grandi, mes garçons ont amené à la maison durant le temps des fêtes, des copains moins chanceux qu'eux et je crois que ceci justifie cela...

Congrats to Sophie...I cannot believe it's her birthday already! What a fab card! And on the toys, I have started hiding some in the storage room. I will then either rotate them out or get rid of them if they are forgotten!

Super sweet card! We have a rule in our house and that is that for Santa to bring more new toys to our house, we need to make room for them and give some of our toys to someone else to love! My kids are used to it now!
